Operation Metro Surge
When we remember 2026, our community’s response to Operation Metro Surge was an extraordinary demonstration of what Roseville Cares means – even though everything that happened was without formal leadership – it was community members working together to care for our neighbors. We are highlighting some of those actions here so we never forget what we are capable of as a community.
Our community raised over $700,000 to help people pay their rent.
Our community raised over $18,000 to enable Roseville Schools to buy gift cards to buy food for families.
There was an endless variety of things that community members did to support each other. This shows some of the ideas.
